Mobile App Development for Connected Business Systems

Give customers and staff a mobile experience connected to the systems behind your business. Kafawebs develops app interfaces, API connections, booking workflows, and payment integrations.

Build a useful mobile workflow

A mobile app makes sense when people need a repeatable task that benefits from a dedicated interface. We first examine whether a responsive website meets the need. When an app is appropriate, we define its relationship to existing accounts, data, payments, and business rules.

Cross-platform application development

Use Flutter and Dart where they fit the project to build a consistent mobile interface.

Backend and REST API integration

Connect quotes, reservations, customer records, and other approved data through a defined API contract.

Payments and confirmations

Integrate payment interfaces with backend verification, booking state, and clear success or recovery screens.

Account and record access

Design sign-in, record lists, details, and status views with permission-aware backend access.

Experience behind the service

Grounded in working projects

The parking companion app implementation uses Flutter, Dart, a WordPress REST API client, and Stripe PaymentSheet. Reviewed screens include booking, sign-in, reservations, account views, payment success, and QR display. Its implementation is demonstrated in source; public store release status is not claimed.

Scope the right solution

App delivery includes more than interface development. The agreed plan should cover device testing, backend compatibility, error handling, accessibility, release preparation, and post-release maintenance. Store review and release timing depend on the platform and the final app.

From discovery to ongoing support

  1. Discover: map users, workflows, existing systems, and constraints.
  2. Plan: agree on the first release, technical approach, and acceptance criteria.
  3. Build and test: implement the workflows, integrations, permissions, and error states.
  4. Launch and maintain: prepare deployment, documentation, monitoring needs, and an agreed support scope.
Can the app use our existing WordPress backend?

Yes, when the backend has suitable APIs and access controls. The parking implementation provides an example of a Flutter client connected to custom WordPress REST endpoints. Existing plugins and data structures must be reviewed before committing to a scope.
