Scope of Work:
Custom website design and development.
Up to 10 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.).
Mobile responsive and SEO-friendly design.
Contact form integration and email setup.
Up to 3 design revisions.
Timeline:Estimated completion: 2 weeks after receiving all content and approvals.
Payment Terms:
Total project fee: $2,000
Installments:
$1,000 deposit (non-refundable) due at checkout.
$500 due upon prototype approval.
$500 due upon final delivery, before launch.
Client Responsibilities:
Provide all content, branding, and media files.
Ensure all provided materials are legal and properly licensed.
Respond to revision requests and approvals promptly.
Ownership:
Client owns the completed website after full $2,000 payment.
Developer may display project in portfolio.
Revisions:
Up to 2 revision rounds included.
Extra revisions billed at $80/hour.
Termination & Refund Policy:
If Client cancels early, all payments made are non-refundable.
Developer will deliver completed work to date.
If Developer cancels, unused payments are refunded.
Governing Law:This agreement is governed by Washington State law.
